The role of Guest Service Host at CineLux Theatres offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about movies and enjoy interacting with the public. This part-time position requires 15-30 hours per week and is non-exempt, reporting directly to the General Manager. As a Guest Service Host, you will act as a fundamental representative of CineLux, providing top-notch customer service as the front line for all guests visiting the theaters. The position includes two main areas of responsibility: the Box Office Host and the Concessions Host.

As a Box Office Host, you will be responsible for selling movie tickets and gift cards to guests efficiently and warmly. You will also handle inquiries about film content, ratings, theater directions, pricing, and promotions. Additionally, box office hosts manage daily maintenance duties and complete various reports necessary to keep the operations running smoothly.

In the role of Concessions Host, your duties will revolve around selling a variety of appetizing food and beverages to moviegoers. You will prepare and assemble food orders, operate point-of-sale terminals, and maintain a clean and tidy concession area. This includes caring for cooking equipment, counters, display cases, condiment areas, preparation areas, and stock rooms. Both roles require excellent teamwork, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, fun environment.
