The Guest Service Expert is the frontline ambassador to the guests, ensuring that their dining experiences are seamless and enjoyable. Their tasks include setting tables, communicating effectively with kitchen staff, serving guests with professionalism and warmth, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work areas. The role demands physical activity, including standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, and maneuvering items up to 25 pounds independently or up to 50 pounds with assistance, as well as adapting to different work surface conditions.
