This position with JW Marriott at their Philadelphia location is a full-time, non-management role within their Food and Beverage and Culinary department. The role is designed for Guest Service Experts who play a vital part in creating an exceptional dining experience that extends beyond just food and beverages. This role involves engaging guests meaningfully, ensuring their comfort, and maintaining a seamless flow of service in the dining environment. The position requires initiative and hands-on involvement in ensuring that every detail, from setting tables to communicating with kitchen staff and interacting with guests, is handled with professionalism and care.

The Guest Service Expert is expected to actively contribute to a safe work environment while strictly adhering to company standards and policies. This includes upholding cleanliness, safety, and professional appearance, as well as managing physical tasks such as moving and lifting objects within certain weight limitations. Job Requirements

  • ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • excellent communication skills

  • availability to work on site in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
