This position is a full-time, non-management Barista Attendant role within the Food and Beverage & Culinary category. The Barista Attendant will be an integral part of the Guest Service Team, responsible for delivering a high-standard guest service experience. The role goes beyond serving food and beverages; it’s about creating an exceptional and unique experience where the guests feel valued and well cared for. The Barista Attendant will contribute directly to guest satisfaction by managing a variety of tasks that ensure a smooth, efficient, and pleasant service environment.

The primary duties of the Barista Attendant involve setting tables, communicating with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, interacting with and serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness in the work areas and supplies. This role demands physical activity that includes standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and managing a variety of tasks requiring movement such as lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling items that weigh up to 25 pounds independently or up to 50 pounds with assistance. In addition, the Barista Attendant will handle tasks requiring physical dexterity such as reaching overhead, bending, twisting, and stooping.

The successful candidate must uphold company policies and procedures, maintain quality standards, and present themselves professionally in terms of uniform, personal appearance, and communication. The role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt to various responsibilities as needed to ensure every guest receives outstanding service.
