The Guest Service Associate role at Global Partners is integral to maintaining superior customer experiences within the retail environment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable transportation
- ability to perform basic computer functions
- physical ability to climb ladders and stairs, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift or carry up to 25 lbs
- ability to work in intermittent temperatures such as outside and cooler areas
- ability to count, read and write accurately
- ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- perform duties in a timely manner

Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone
- adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices
- operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards
- maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels
- complete all store housekeeping functions such as cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash
- replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times
- communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns
- check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines
- conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management
- complete other tasks as assigned by management
