The Guest Service Associate role at Global Partners is an integral position focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting daily store operations. The individual in this role will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment through friendly interactions, efficient service, and adherence to safety and store policies. Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and or holidays
  • Ability to perform basic computer functions
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in intermittent temperatures including outside and cooler environments
  • Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift or carry up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
  • Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
  • Perform duties of the job in a timely manner

Job Qualifications

  • Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and or holidays
  • Ability to perform basic computer functions

  • Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift or carry up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
  • Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
  • Support GSA new hire employee's onboarding and training

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone
  • Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices
  • Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards
  • maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels
  • Complete all store housekeeping functions including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash
  • Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times
  • Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns
  • Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines
  • Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by management
