As a Guest Service Associate, you will greet guests warmly and provide a seamless shopping experience by adhering to safety, security, quality, and store policies. Your responsibilities will include operating the point of sale according to corporate standards, maintaining appropriate cash, lottery, and tobacco inventories, conducting routine housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and organizing products, and replenishing merchandise to ensure products are always in stock. Effective communication with store management about guest requests and vendor concerns is vital in this role, along with managing the check-in procedures for vendors. You will also assist in completing gas tank inventory and merchandising projects, supporting new hires in their onboarding and training, and performing other duties as assigned. The role requires physical capability to work in various temperature conditions, climb ladders, move around the store freely, and lift items up to 25 pounds.

Job Requirements

- previous experience in customer service preferred
- strong communication skills

- support GSA new hire employee's onboarding and training
Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone
- adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices
- operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards
- maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels
- complete all store housekeeping functions including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash
- replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times
- communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns
- check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines
- conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management
- complete other tasks as assigned by management
