This is a permanent role offering competitive pay ranging from $12.77 to $15.77 per hour, with the final salary determined based on experience, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. As a Guest Service Associate, you will greet guests warmly and provide a seamless shopping experience by adhering to safety, security, quality, and store policies. Your responsibilities will include operating the point of sale according to corporate standards, maintaining appropriate cash, lottery, and tobacco inventories, conducting routine housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and organizing products, and replenishing merchandise to ensure products are always in stock. Effective communication with store management about guest requests and vendor concerns is vital in this role, along with managing the check-in procedures for vendors. You will also assist in completing gas tank inventory and merchandising projects, supporting new hires in their onboarding and training, and performing other duties as assigned. The role requires physical capability to work in various temperature conditions, climb ladders, move around the store freely, and lift items up to 25 pounds.
