With an emphasis on community values and customer satisfaction, the company prides itself on fostering a friendly environment where guests feel valued and cared for. Operating numerous locations, United Dairy Farmers continues to grow while maintaining a commitment to excellence in both products and customer engagement. The Guest Services Associate at United Dairy Farmers plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding service by embodying the "Hi Five Guest Experience," which includes the five phases: Invited, Welcomed, Well-Served, Respected, and Fulfilled. Security is a key component of the role, requiring vigilance to prevent shoplifting and gas drive-offs, adherence to cash handling procedures, and compliance with all safety and regulatory policies including tobacco and alcohol sales management and robbery prevention procedures. The role also entails accurate record keeping for time worked and customer service documentation. This position demands honest, ethical behavior in compliance with all laws and company policies. The Guest Services Associate contributes to the overall success of the store by ensuring a positive experience for guests and a smoothly run operation. This is a part-time role suitable for individuals seeking flexible hours, with a focus on customer interaction and team support in a fast-paced, retail environment.
