In this role, the Guest Services Associate will work up to 25 hours per week with flexible shifts available across the first, second, or third shift schedules. Job Duties

Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience greeting guests warmly
ensure the store is prepared and ready for guests at all times
anticipate guest needs and provide assistance
prepare DipSide items including shakes, malts, sundaes, and hand-packed containers
operate point of sale system and gas console accurately
handle all transactions including coins, currency, checks, credit cards, coupons, and food stamps
stock merchandise shelves, displays, freezers, and milk box ensuring proper rotation and presentation
maintain security by monitoring guests and following prevention programs
keep store and parking lot clean and organized
monitor equipment temperatures and store conditions
complete time records and Customer First Documents accurately
perform other duties assigned by management
