UDF prides itself on fostering a welcoming environment where every guest feels valued and appreciated, consistently delivering high-quality products and exceptional service.

The Guest Services Associate position at United Dairy Farmers is a vital role focused on enhancing the guest experience through the company’s signature Hi Five Guest Experience, which includes Invited, Welcomed, Well-Served, Respected, and Fulfilled phases. This role reports directly to the Store Manager and operates on a part-time schedule, typically 25 hours or less per week, with possible shifts during the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. Pay ranges from $12.50 to $14.50 per hour, making it an accessible opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work hours while gaining customer service experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

They will operate the point-of-sale system efficiently to handle transactions with accuracy and care, including managing cash, credit, coupons, and food stamps. Stocking shelves, displays, and refrigeration units to maintain an inviting and well-organized store layout is another essential duty.

This position requires strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, and the physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, stocking, cleaning, and enduring variable temperatures, particularly in refrigerated or outdoor environments. Being at least 16 years old is mandatory to apply.
