You will prepare and serve a variety of DipSide products such as shakes, malts, ice creams, yogurt, sundaes, and sodas, ensuring quality and timely service. Additionally, efficient operation of the Point of Sale (POS) system and gas console is required to process transactions accurately, including handling currency, checks, credit cards, coupons, and food stamps.

Maintaining the store's merchandise presentation is essential to the role. You will keep shelves, freezers, dip cabinets, and displays fully stocked, rotated, and attractive to customers. Safety and security are prioritized; the Guest Services Associate must remain vigilant against theft, gas drive-offs, and other security concerns, while following the necessary procedures to minimize risks.

The maintenance of a clean, organized, and safe store and parking lot environment is also part of your daily duties, along with monitoring refrigeration equipment temperatures to ensure food safety. You will also be responsible for accurate completion of work-related records such as time sheets and Customer First Documents. Flexibility to perform additional tasks as assigned by management is expected to support store operations.
