  • Greets arriving and departing guests
  • parks guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
  • retrieves customer vehicles from specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
  • performs drive and park assignments as per department policies and procedures
  • assists guests with luggage handling ensuring timely delivery to rooms
  • communicates effectively with front desk and other hotel departments to coordinate guest services
  • adheres to safety and operational guidelines for vehicle and luggage management
