Job Duties
- Greets arriving and departing guests
- parks guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
- retrieves customer vehicles from specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
- performs drive and park assignments as per department policies and procedures
- assists guests with luggage handling ensuring timely delivery to rooms
- communicates effectively with front desk and other hotel departments to coordinate guest services
- adheres to safety and operational guidelines for vehicle and luggage management
