The Guest Service Agent role at Limelight Hotels by Aspen One is an integral part of the guest experience, responsible for providing transportation services and supplementary support to hotel departments, primarily the Front Desk. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage directly with guests by helping them navigate the local area, sharing knowledge about popular points of interest, restaurants, hotel amenities, and local activities to enhance their stay. The Guest Service Agent plays a critical role in ensuring guests travel safely and comfortably between the hotel and various nearby destinations.
This position reports to the Guest Services Manager and typically involves driving guests according to their needs and hotel schedules, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety, facilitating luggage handling procedures, and supporting the Front Desk with message or package delivery and other hospitality-related tasks. The pay range for the Guest Service Agent position is from $19.00 to $22.80 per hour, with actual pay dependent on budget and experience. It is classified as a regular part-time role, offering benefits such as paid time off programs, paid leave, employee ski passes, and other company perks.
In addition to driving duties, the Guest Service Agent is expected to maintain effective communication with the Front Desk team, promptly respond to itinerary changes, and assist with emergency and safety procedures. - Must be over 18 years of age
- A valid driver's license is required
- High school diploma or high school equivalent preferred
- 1 year of guest/customer service skills preferred

- Knowledge of hotel fire and safety procedures
- Knowledge of product or service such as retail product, food & beverage products
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Proficiency in communicating clearly both verbally and in writing to team members and customers

- Ability to maintain the cleanliness of the work area
- Ability to engage with customers in a positive and helpful manner
- Ability to always drive safely
Job Duties
- Pick up and deliver guests to various local locations as scheduled by the Front Desk
- Familiarize guests with points of interest, restaurants, activities, and hotel facilities while transporting guests
- Know about all daily hotel functions, locations, and times for appropriate guest direction
- Maintain constant communication with Front Desk for itinerary changes and guest requests
- Check inside and out of vehicles for cleanliness
- Clean inside and outside of vehicles when needed
- Check all essential fluids including oil and brake fluid and check the tire pressure
- Report any problems with the vehicles to Guest Services Manager
- Follow baggage tagging procedures and ski storage procedures
- Deliver messages, packages, or other items to guest rooms or other areas of the hotel expeditiously, placing in designated areas
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the Lobby and Luggage storeroom
- Fill out vehicle maintenance checklists as directed
- Report all accidents accurately filling out incident reports immediately
- Assist Front Desk in locating lost baggage through airlines and guest services desk at airport
- Other duties as assigned
