Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

  • Support efficient check-out by processing guest departures including verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and accurately using the point-of-sale system
  • Provide comprehensive hotel and local area knowledge to assist with guest inquiries including details about room types, rates, promotions, and amenities
  • Promote hotel services using up-selling techniques to recommend amenities and maximize room and service revenue
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, managing communications effectively to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain professionalism and hospitality standards while handling guest interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to facilitate seamless guest experiences
