Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to perform fast-paced tasks efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Deliver a warm welcome by greeting guests and completing check-in processes including verifying details and issuing keys
- Support efficient check-out by processing departures, verifying charges, handling payments, and issuing receipts
- Provide comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information to assist guests
- Promote hotel services through up-selling techniques to maximize revenue
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns with care and urgency
- Manage guest messages and communications effectively
- Maintain accurate use of point-of-sale systems during transactions
