Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Hospitality experience of 1 or more years
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired
- Strong interpersonal and creative skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Excellent writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Strong follow-up skills
Job Duties
- Check-in and check-out guests in a timely manner
- Handle credit card and cash transactions accurately
- Greet and assist guests with directions to rooms, meetings, or events
- Provide accurate information about outlet hours, local attractions, and events
- Address and resolve guest complaints effectively
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the resort lobby
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
