Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year hospitality experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle financial transactions

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Duties

  • Check-in and check-out all guests in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle simple to complex calculations including credit cards and cash
  • Greet and assist guests with directions to their room, meeting or event
  • Entertain questions from guests and respond with appropriate and accurate information on topics such as outlet hours, local attractions, directions to events, etc
  • Field guest complaints, conduct thorough research to develop the most effective solutions and negotiate results
  • Maintain appearance of resort lobby, remove trash, organize furniture, etc
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
