The Wingspread Retreat & Executive Conference Center, located in Racine, Wisconsin, is an exclusive part-time employment opportunity within the Pyramid portfolio. This stunning venue sits along the western shores of Lake Michigan and encompasses three architecturally unique buildings on 36 acres of natural landscape. The original Wingspread building is an iconic creation of famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright, serving as the centerpiece of this historic and inspiring complex. The property also includes a modern 40-room Guest House and a fully equipped conference facility featuring over 15,000 square feet of meeting space certified by the International Association of Conference Centers. Wingspread’s tranquil and beautifully maintained setting provides an extraordinary environment for meetings and events, combining nature's beauty with advanced amenities to foster creativity and problem-solving, continuing a legacy started by the visionary Wright.

The part-time Guest Services Agent role at Wingspread offers a dynamic second-shift schedule including weekends, designed for individuals who thrive in guest-facing positions and want to deliver memorable experiences. The Guest Services Agent is the welcoming face of the resort, responsible for helping guests with their arrival needs, such as unloading luggage, opening vehicle doors, and escorting guests to their rooms while providing detailed information about the resort's amenities and local attractions. This role requires a friendly, engaging personality with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to make guests feel valued and cared for. Teamwork is essential as agents collaborate to ensure personalized service and maintain the welcoming, organized atmosphere of the lobby and entrance areas. The position offers $15.00 per hour and expects a strong commitment to customer service excellence along with the physical ability to handle the demands of the role, including standing for a full shift and mobility across the property.
