With a presence in over 100 countries and more than 6,000 properties worldwide, Hilton Hotels & Resorts epitomize the spirit of hospitality and comfort, offering guests a place to feel welcome no matter where they are in the world. The company has long been a pioneer in the hotel sector by combining innovative service with high standards, aiming to provide a warm, friendly, and professional environment for both guests and employees alike. Hilton’s mission to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality is woven into every aspect of its operation, creating an award-winning workplace culture recognized globally by Great Place to Work and Fortune as one of the World's Best Workplaces.
Joining Hilton means becoming part of a community committed to integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a focus on the present moment. This approach not only fosters outstanding guest services but also a supportive and inclusive environment for team members. As a Guest Service Agent at Hilton, you will serve as the face of the hotel, directly enhancing the guest experience from the very first moment they arrive until their departure. This role goes beyond the usual administrative tasks to encompass spreading genuine hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for during their stay.
This position involves managing the check-in and check-out processes smoothly and efficiently, including verifying guest details, handling payments, issuing keys, and providing helpful information about the hotel and surrounding area. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to implement sales techniques that promote hotel services and amenities, contributing to revenue growth while creating personalized guest interactions. Essential to this role is the ability to respond to guest requests promptly, resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy, and handle communications effectively.
Working hours include shifts during weekends, varying between 11 am and 11 pm, with a starting wage of $16 per hour, reflecting Hilton's commitment to competitive compensation. Hilton offers an enriching employee experience supported by comprehensive benefits designed to promote well-being and work-life balance. These include access to deeply discounted travel experiences through the Go Hilton travel program, participation in an employee stock purchase program offering a 15 percent discount, and paid parental leave. Team members can also benefit from personalized caregiving support, crisis concierge services for emotional and practical assistance, and free mental health counseling via the Employee Assistance Program.
Hilton’s dedication to employee welfare extends to generous paid time off and a broad array of health and welfare plans covering medical, dental, and vision needs, along with retirement plans aimed at securing financial futures. This robust support system ensures that each team member is well equipped and cared for to perform at their best. With its strong legacy and forward-thinking culture, Hilton invites individuals passionate about hospitality to join their team and contribute to a workplace that values growth, innovation, and mutual respect. The Guest Service Agent role is a perfect entry point for those seeking a rewarding career in hospitality, offering opportunities for advancement, personal development, and the chance to be part of something truly special.
