Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • able to interact politely and positively with guests and team members at all times
  • able to fulfill guest requests in a timely manner including challenging ones
  • able to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • able to stand, sit, carry or lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend, twist, and climb stairs as required
  • able to handle cash responsibly
  • able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least three to six months of related customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency with property management software and basic computer applications
  • ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • friendly and outgoing personality
  • knowledge of local area and attractions is a plus

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and manage guest check-in and check-out procedures
  • provide knowledgeable recommendations about local restaurants, entertainment, and sporting events
  • handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
  • use property management systems, databases, and computer tools efficiently
  • communicate clearly and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • assist guests with requests and resolve any issues promptly
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
