Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- able to interact politely and positively with guests and team members at all times
- able to fulfill guest requests in a timely manner including challenging ones
- able to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to stand, sit, carry or lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend, twist, and climb stairs as required
- able to handle cash responsibly
- able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least three to six months of related customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency with property management software and basic computer applications
- ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- friendly and outgoing personality
- knowledge of local area and attractions is a plus
