Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Qualifications
- Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public
- Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines in day-to-day activities
- Ability to speak and receive direction in English both written and verbal
- Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled
Job Duties
- Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner
- Perform front desk related functions including checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, handling cash, monitoring guest satisfaction, and resolving problems
- Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service including food preparation, setup, guest service as host or bartender, and cleanup
- Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly guest service with a plus one service attitude
