Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Qualifications

  • Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public
  • Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines in day-to-day activities
  • Ability to speak and receive direction in English both written and verbal
  • Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled

Job Duties

  • Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner
  • Perform front desk related functions including checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, handling cash, monitoring guest satisfaction, and resolving problems
  • Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service including food preparation, setup, guest service as host or bartender, and cleanup
  • Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly guest service with a plus one service attitude
