Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • knowledge of hotel property management systems

  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Deliver a warm welcome by greeting guests, verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing welcome materials or bell service
  • support efficient check-out by processing departures, verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and accurately using the point-of-sale system
  • provide hotel and local knowledge by demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information
  • promote hotel services using upselling techniques to recommend amenities and maximize revenue
  • delight guests by responding to requests, resolving concerns with care and urgency, and managing messages and communications effectively
