Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
  • proficiency in using computer systems and point-of-sale technology
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • ability to handle cash and financial transactions responsibly

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an asset
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to use point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately

Job Duties

  • deliver a warm welcome by greeting guests upon arrival and completing the check-in process including verifying details assigning rooms issuing keys and providing welcome materials or bell service assistance
  • support efficient check-out by processing guest departures verifying charges handling payments issuing receipts and using the point-of-sale system accurately
  • provide hotel and local knowledge demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings room types rates promotions and local area information to assist with guest inquiries
  • promote hotel services using up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximize room and service revenue
  • delight our guests by responding to guest requests resolving concerns with care and urgency and effectively managing messages and communications
