The role of Guest Service Agent at Embassy Suites by Hilton Sacramento Riverfront Promenade is an essential front-line position tasked with ensuring an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out. This full-time role requires the candidate to be available for shifts across weekdays, weekends, and holidays, offering flexibility and commitment to delivering consistent service. The Guest Service Agent is the face of the hotel, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere the moment guests arrive. Handling guest requests with care and urgency, resolving any concerns promptly, and maintaining clear communication are also pivotal aspects of the role.

Ideal candidates will have at least six months of prior experience in a hotel front desk environment, with any experience using Hilton's Property Management System (PEP) being a significant plus. Demonstrating Hilton's core values—hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency—will be central to thriving in this position. With a commitment to excellence in service, this role offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to an award-winning workplace culture recognized globally by Great Place to Work and Fortune. This position not only provides the chance to brighten guests' days by delivering memorable experiences but also supports career growth within one of the world's leading hospitality organizations.
