Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in using reservation and point-of-sale systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure

- Provide comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information to assist guests
- Promote hotel services by using up-selling techniques to recommend amenities and maximize revenue
- Respond to guest requests and concerns with care and urgency, managing communications effectively
