Job Description

Conrad Indianapolis is a distinguished luxury hotel located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. As the city’s first true luxury hotel and the only Forbes recommended hotel in the state of Indiana, it stands out as a symbol of sophistication and high standards. The hotel is a 23-story tower featuring 247 elegant guest rooms, 15,000 square feet of versatile meeting space, and two exceptional food and beverage outlets: The Capital Grille and The Lounge, complemented by convenient in-room dining services. Conrad Indianapolis also hosts the city’s only hotel spa, offering guests a unique blend of comfort and luxury. Additionally, the hotel is seamlessly connected via skywalk to The Arts Garden and The Indiana Convention Center, providing easy access for both business and leisure travelers to some of Indianapolis’s main attractions and event venues.

Conrad Indianapolis represents not only a luxury destination but also a dynamic workplace within a Fortune 500 company and a globally recognized brand. The employment opportunity as a Guest Service Agent invites driven individuals to become part of an award-winning hospitality culture focused on delivering outstanding service experiences. This role is ideal for candidates eager to build a career within the luxury hotel industry, leveraging the brand’s reputation and resources to develop professionally while contributing directly to the positive experiences of guests.

The Guest Service Agent position is specifically designed to be a cornerstone of the Front Desk Team, where the agent acts as the first point of contact for guests, embodying hospitality excellence with every interaction. This role involves managing the check-in and check-out processes with accuracy, warmth, and efficiency, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued from their arrival through their departure. The role demands a comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, room types, rates, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Additionally, the Guest Service Agent plays a proactive role in promoting hotel amenities and services to maximize guest satisfaction and hotel revenue.

This position is not merely transactional; it requires genuine care in resolving guest concerns promptly and courteously, thus enhancing the overall guest experience. The role aligns with Hilton’s core values, emphasizing integrity, leadership, teamwork, accountability, and urgency in daily responsibilities. The hotel offers a $500 sign-on bonus payable after 90 days of continuous employment in good standing, reflecting their commitment to recognizing and rewarding talent.

Joining Conrad Indianapolis means entering a workplace that has consistently been honored as one of the World’s Best Workplaces by Great Place to Work and Fortune. Team members benefit from a culture that promotes growth, inclusivity, and well-being. Beyond the professional role, Hilton invests significantly in employee well-being through comprehensive benefits, including travel perks, financial programs, mental health resources, paid parental leave, and more. This job is a promising career step for anyone passionate about hospitality and motivated to thrive in a top-tier luxury hotel environment.
