Concord Hospitality is currently seeking a dependable and service-oriented Night Auditor to join their team and provide exceptional guest service during the late shift. This full-time position involves handling front desk operations during overnight hours, monitoring hotel activity, and ensuring smooth night-time business processes. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for completing all laundry duties, such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels, while keeping the laundry area clean and orderly. They will also process credit card transactions, manage phone systems, handle reservations, and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally. Additionally, the Night Auditor will perform check-in and check-out procedures, verify and balance hotel room transactions, prepare folios for departing guests, and maintain the lobby's appearance. Monitoring hotel safety and overseeing emergency procedures during the night shift is another vital responsibility. The ideal candidate is expected to be detail-oriented, independent, and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and customer service focus.
