The company values diversity, inclusion, and continuous employee development, offering competitive wages and comprehensive benefits to support their workforce. Their commitment to excellence is evident in every facet of their operations, from front desk service to overall guest satisfaction, creating a nurturing and professional environment for both employees and guests.

The role of Front Desk Representative at HHM Hotels offers a dynamic opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest services. This hourly position, compensated at $22.25 per hour, requires a welcoming and courteous demeanor to greet and assist guests in alignment with the hotel’s brand and sustainability standards. This position is pivotal in ensuring guests have a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, including managing reservations, handling payments, and addressing guest requests or concerns promptly. The Front Desk Representative acts as the first point of contact, setting the tone for guests' stays and upholding high standards of customer service.

Candidates in this role can anticipate professional growth, with clear advancement pathways to supervisory or managerial positions such as Front Desk Supervisor, Sales Coordinator, Front Office Manager, or Sales Manager. The role involves multitasking duties that range from greeting guests, registering them, organizing payment methods, to managing communications via property management systems (PMS). In addition to these operational tasks, Front Desk Representatives are also responsible for ensuring the security of guests’ valuables, assisting with luggage when necessary, maintaining accurate records through bookkeeping activities, and contributing to increased guest satisfaction scores.

This role demands not only a solid foundation in customer service but also physical capability, including standing for extended periods and handling luggage. The work schedule may include weekends, holidays, and alternative shifts, reflecting the continuous nature of hotel operations. HHM Hotels supports employees through numerous benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401k matching, daily pay options, and wellness programs. They also foster an encouraging environment aligned with their core beliefs: People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, and Own It. This role is well-suited for individuals eager to develop their careers in hospitality while delivering top-tier guest experiences.
