Job Description

HHM Hotels is a renowned hospitality company committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences across its portfolio of hotels. Known for its emphasis on quality service, sustainability, and a welcoming atmosphere, HHM Hotels continually strives to maintain high standards that align with both brand expectations and environmentally responsible practices. The company values its employees as key contributors to its success and promotes a culture centered on people, service, and excellence. With a variety of full-time and part-time opportunities, HHM Hotels offers competitive wages alongside comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance and ongoing professional development programs. HHM Hotels embodies the philosophy of "People Are Our Capability - Hearts That Serve - Only Excellence - Stay Nimble - Own It," encouraging a collaborative and proactive work environment.

The Front Desk Agent role at HHM Hotels is a critical position within the hotel's front office team, focused on providing warm and efficient service to guests from their arrival to departure. This role demands excellent communication skills and customer service aptitude to greet, register, and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner. Working at the front desk means being the heart of the hotel's guest interaction, responsible for managing room assignments, confirming reservations, and facilitating seamless check-in and check-out experiences. A Front Desk Agent is also involved in processing payments, addressing guest requests promptly, and handling complaints with empathy and escalation when necessary.

This position offers a unique growth path where individuals showing leadership qualities and operational understanding can advance to supervisory roles like Front Desk Supervisor or Sales Coordinator, and eventually to managerial roles including Front Office Manager or Sales Manager. Employees are expected to uphold brand standards and sustainability practices, working collaboratively with other departments as needed, including assisting during peak periods or special occasions.

Additionally, the Front Desk Agent plays a role in ensuring guest valuables are properly secured and supports the hotel's financial integrity through bookkeeping activities such as account balancing and audits. HHM Hotels prioritizes a safe working environment, encouraging adherence to safety protocols consistent with OSHA and MSDS standards. The dynamic nature of the role means that duties can vary, and flexibility is required to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction scores. With a dedication to employee growth and customer happiness, this position is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to engage in a rewarding career within a supportive and values-driven hotel company.
