Job Requirements
- must be able to work multiple shifts including 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 12pm - 8pm, and 5pm - 8pm
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- strong communication skills
- capacity to manage multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public
- demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines
- ability to speak and receive direction in English

Job Duties
- assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner
- perform front desk related functions including checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, and problem resolution
- assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service including food preparation, set up, guest service as host or bartender, and clean-up
- present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture
- ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly service with a +1 service attitude
