The role open at Drury Inn & Suites is a Front Desk Agent position. This role functions as the crucial first and last point of contact between the hotel and its guests. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting guests warmly, efficiently handling check-ins and check-outs, attending to guest inquiries and concerns, and providing a positive overall experience to every visitor. This position includes a variety of responsibilities such as promoting hotel programs, maintaining accurate guest records, cash handling, and monitoring guest satisfaction. Additionally, the agent assists with the breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, which may involve food preparation, setup, guest hosting, bartending, and cleanup duties.

Job Duties
