Founded on principles that emphasize capability, service, excellence, agility, and ownership, HHM Hotels continuously strives to foster a welcoming environment for both guests and employees. The company operates in the highly competitive hotel industry and places a strong focus on sustainability and guest satisfaction while maintaining a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Currently, HHM Hotels is offering an hourly compensated position at $19.00 per hour for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service. The role invites dynamic professionals who are eager to join a collaborative team that thrives on delivering memorable stays for every guest.

The position primarily involves greeting, registering, and servicing guests with utmost friendliness and courtesy in line with the hotel’s and brand's high service and sustainability standards. Candidates will have the opportunity to develop their career within the hospitality sector, with growth pathways into supervisory roles such as Front Desk Supervisor, Sales Coordinator, Front Office Manager, or Sales Manager.

In this role, you will serve as the welcoming face of the hotel, responsible for ensuring that guests feel valued and attended to from the moment they enter the premises. Duties include managing check-in and check-out processes, assigning rooms, confirming reservations, handling payments and billing, as well as responding promptly and effectively to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints. Ensuring guest satisfaction is paramount, and you will work to uphold this by maintaining accurate financial records, safeguarding guest valuables, and supporting operational safety standards.

The role is designed not only for guest-facing tasks but also for providing excellent support during peak times, which may include assisting with breakfast service and helping guests with luggage. You will also be expected to collaborate closely with management by performing additional duties as required, all while continuously contributing to improving guest satisfaction scores and supporting sustainability efforts.

Working with HHM Hotels means embracing their core values - People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, Own It - in every aspect of your job. The company believes in nurturing talent through professional development, offering competitive wages, comprehensive benefits including health insurances, paid time off, and other perks designed to support employee well-being and career advancement.

The work environment is dynamic and may require flexibility, including working holidays, weekends, and varied shifts. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and other movements common to hospitality roles.

Joining HHM Hotels not only offers a stable job with attractive benefits but also a chance to be part of a culture that values dedication and performance, providing a solid foundation for a rewarding career in the hospitality industry.
