The role of Guest Services Agent at The Wade is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy engaging with guests and providing memorable first impressions. As the first point of contact, Guest Services Agents create a warm welcome by assisting with luggage, orienting guests to the hotel and its amenities, and offering valuable insights about the local area. In addition to greeting guests, this role involves opening doors for arriving guests, facilitating vehicle retrieval and parking, and personally escorting guests to their rooms while explaining hotel features and ensuring every visit is personalized and exceptional. The position places high importance on teamwork, customer service, and the desire to go above and beyond expectations to delight guests consistently.
Ideal candidates for the Guest Services Agent position must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a pleasant and helpful personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment standing for full shifts. Job Requirements
- At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
- A valid driver’s license with no major infractions for 6 months
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Ability to solve problems when they arise
- Ability to work in a team environment is a must
- Pleasant and helpful personality
- Must be able to work a full shift standing and going back and forth to the valet lot and different areas of the hotel
- A strong desire to make an impact on other people
- An outgoing and engaging personality
- Excellent verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Help guests discover their wanderlust experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
- Interact with all guests and welcome each guest to the hotel
- Open guests' doors upon arrival by motor vehicle
- Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check-in
- Park and retrieve guests' vehicles as requested
- Escort guests and their luggage to their rooms while explaining hotel amenities and fun facts
- Work collaboratively with other attendants to ensure personalized guest experiences
- Assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized
- Go beyond the norm to create memorable experiences for guests and employees
