Positioned within the competitive hotel industry, HHM Hotels focuses on providing warm, welcoming environments that embody both comfort and professionalism. The company prides itself on upholding brand and sustainability standards, ensuring not only quality service but also environmental responsibility. This approach aligns with the evolving expectations of today’s travelers who seek accommodation providers committed to ethical and sustainable business practices. With competitive wages, robust employee benefits, and opportunities for career advancement, HHM Hotels stands out as an employer of choice in the hospitality sector.

This specific role is for a Front Desk Associate, a critical position at HHM Hotels responsible for the first impression guests receive upon arrival. Compensation for this role ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding excellent customer service. Front Desk Associates combine hospitality skills with administrative capabilities to ensure seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out. Duties include greeting and registering guests, managing room assignments, handling payments, and responding promptly to guest requests or complaints. These associates are equipped to manage reservations, conduct billing activities, and uphold company policies on guest security, including safeguarding valuables.

The role requires consistent adherence to hotel and brand standards, as well as compliance with safety protocols like MSDS and OSHA regulations. Front Desk Associates occasionally lend support in other operational areas such as the breakfast service or luggage assistance during peak periods, reinforcing a versatile team environment. The position presents a clear growth path leading to supervisory or managerial roles in front office or sales departments, emphasizing HHM Hotels’ dedication to career progression. Emphasis on guest satisfaction is key to this position, with associates actively working to enhance departmental scores and overall guest experiences. The job is well-suited for individuals passionate about hospitality, customer service, and working in fast-paced, people-oriented settings. As part of the HHM Hotels team, Front Desk Associates experience a supportive work culture anchored in the corporate values of People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, and Own It.
