As a Front Desk Associate at Drury Hotels, you will serve as the welcoming face of the property, providing guests with friendly, efficient, and professional service from the moment they arrive until they depart. This role involves various responsibilities including checking guests in and out, handling cash transactions, maintaining guest records, and promoting the hotel's programs and services. You will also have an active part in the hotel's hospitality through engaging in breakfast service and the evening 5:30 p.m. Kickback, potentially assisting with food preparation, guest hosting, bartending, and clean-up duties.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public
- Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines in day-to-day activities
- Ability to speak and receive direction in English both written and verbal
- Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled
Job Duties
- Serve as the happy, helpful face of the hotel to guests entering and departing
- Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner
- Perform front desk functions including checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, and problem resolution
- Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service including food preparation, set up, guest service as host or bartender, and clean-up
- Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a plus one service attitude
