The position involves serving as the welcoming face of the hotel, ensuring that guests entering and departing the premises receive warm, efficient, and courteous assistance. It requires managing front desk operations which include check-ins and check-outs, handling cash transactions and guest records, and promoting company programs. Additionally, the role supports food service duties during breakfast and the evening 5:30 p.m. Kickback, involving food preparation, hospitality, and clean-up tasks.
