The Front Desk Associate position at HHM Hotels offers an exciting opportunity to become the face of the hotel, responsible for greeting, registering, and servicing guests in a friendly and courteous manner while adhering to the brand's standards and sustainability practices. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience required
- Knowledge of PMS systems preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to work varied schedules including holidays and weekends
- Adherence to safety protocols

Job Duties
- Greet guests and offer immediate assistance
- Register and assign guests to hotel rooms
- Establish payment methods and verify credit
- Make and confirm reservations
- Compute bills, collect payments, and make change
- Transmit and receive messages using telephone or PMS system
- Respond to guest requests promptly
- Receive and resolve guest complaints, escalating when necessary
- Secure guests' valuables in safes or safe-deposit boxes
- Perform bookkeeping activities including balancing accounts and audits
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and strive to improve them
- Practice safe work habits and follow OSHA and MSDS standards
- Assist in breakfast area or with guest luggage during peak times
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
