We are currently looking to hire a Hotel Front Desk Clerk / Hotel Front Office Agent / Hotel Guest Service Agent to join our dedicated team at Tru by Hilton Norwalk. This role is pivotal in creating an exceptional guest experience from the moment guests arrive until their departure. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact, responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
