The role being offered at this property is for a Guest Services Agent, an essential position focused on creating memorable first impressions and ensuring guests receive top-tier service from arrival to departure. The Guest Services Agent is a vital part of the team, welcoming guests warmly, assisting with luggage, providing detailed information about the hotel amenities and local attractions, and escorting guests to their rooms. Job Requirements

  • At least one year experience in customer service
  • Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for six months
  • Ability to solve problems when they arise
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Must be able to work a full shift standing and moving between valet lot and hotel areas
  • Strong desire to make an impact on others
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift
  • Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Pleasant and helpful personality

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
  • Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for six months
  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Help guests discover their wanderlust experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
  • Interact with all guests, welcoming each to the hotel
  • Open guest vehicle doors upon arrival
  • Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check-in
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles as requested
  • Escort guests and their luggage to their rooms while explaining hotel amenities
  • Collaborate with other attendants to ensure personalized guest experiences
  • Assist in keeping the entrance area clean and organized
  • Go above and beyond to make a positive impact on guests and employees
