The role involves being the welcoming face of the hotel, responsible for ensuring that every guest and team member has an exceptional experience. Duties include assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes, managing guest records, handling cash transactions, and promoting company programs. Team members will also support food service during breakfast and the evening Kickback event by preparing food, serving as hosts or bartenders, and maintaining cleanliness. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public
- Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines
- Ability to speak and receive direction in English both written and verbal
- Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled
- Strong communication and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner
- Perform front desk functions including checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, and problem resolution
- Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service including food preparation, set up, guest service as host or bartender, and clean-up
- Present and maintain high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote Drury culture
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly service with a +1 Service attitude
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Work independently as scheduled
