Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public
  • Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines
  • Ability to speak and receive direction in English both written and verbal
  • Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Positive and service-oriented attitude

Job Duties

  • Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner
  • Perform front desk functions including checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, and problem resolution
  • Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service including food preparation, set up, guest service as host or bartender, and clean-up
  • Present and maintain high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote Drury culture
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly service with a +1 Service attitude
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Work independently as scheduled
