This role emphasizes excellent communication skills, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. Employees at Drury Hotels also benefit from a range of comprehensive incentives and career growth opportunities, including quarterly bonuses up to $3,200, flexible scheduling, paid time off, hotel discounts, and extensive training and development programs.

As a Front Desk Agent, you have the opportunity to join a company that values your individuality and dedication, encourages professional development through mentorship and internal promotions, and supports a healthy work-life balance.
