Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience or equivalent training required
- knowledge of PMS systems preferred
Job Qualifications

- previous customer service experience or equivalent training required
- knowledge of PMS systems preferred
Job Duties
- greet guests immediately and offer assistance
- register and assign guests to hotel rooms
- establish methods of payment and verify credit
- make and confirm reservations
- compute bills, collect payments, and provide change
- transmit and receive messages using telephones or PMS system
- respond promptly to guest requests
- receive and resolve guest complaints, escalating to supervisor if necessary
- secure guest valuables in hotel safe or safe-deposit boxes
- perform bookkeeping tasks such as balancing accounts and audits
- work toward increasing guest satisfaction scores
- practice safe work habits and follow OSHA and MSDS standards
- assist with breakfast area or luggage during peak times
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
- perform other duties as assigned by management
