With a strong focus on creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired, Drury Hotels is committed to fostering a culture that emphasizes work-life balance, career growth, and a collaborative atmosphere. The hotel chain has earned recognition as one of Newsweek's America's Greatest Workplaces for 2025, showcasing its dedication to excellence not only in guest experience but also in employee satisfaction and wellbeing.

The Greensboro location, situated at 3220 Gate City Blvd. in North Carolina, represents Drury Hotels' commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality in the region. This property offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere to guests and a supportive work environment for its team members. The hotel believes that every individual who contributes to its operations plays a vital role in upholding the brand's standards of quality and service.

This role as a front desk associate places you at the forefront of the hotel’s guest experience, serving as the happy, helpful face welcoming guests as they arrive and depart. You will be instrumental in ensuring that every visitor receives courteous, professional, and efficient service, creating positive and lasting impressions. The position involves a variety of responsibilities including handling front desk operations such as guest check-in and check-out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, processing payments, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns with tact and efficiency.

Beyond traditional front desk duties, this role also contributes to the hotel's food service during breakfast and the 5:30 p.m. Kickback event, which entails food preparation, setup, guest interaction in roles such as host or bartender, and post-event clean-up. The position requires maintaining high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality, embodying the Drury culture both in interactions with guests and fellow team members.

Drury Hotels emphasizes a supportive work environment with flexible scheduling options to promote work-life balance. Compensation includes competitive base pay and a quarterly bonus opportunity up to $3,200 annually, separate from base salary. Additional benefits such as health insurance, dental and vision coverage, retirement plans including company-matched 401(k), paid time off, and hotel discounts reflect the company’s commitment to employee wellbeing and professional development.

Successful candidates are friendly, highly organized communicators adept at multitasking and managing multiple priorities with attention to detail. A warm personality and positive attitude, described as having a +1 Service mindset, are essential for ensuring an exceptional guest experience that aligns with Drury Hotels' reputation. The ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English is also a key requirement for this role. If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and want to build a career with a respected hospitality leader, this opportunity at Drury Hotels in Greensboro offers a welcoming place to grow and succeed.
