Job Description

HHM Hotels is a distinguished hospitality company known for delivering exceptional guest experiences through a commitment to service excellence and a strong focus on sustainability. As a reputable hotel brand, HHM Hotels operates with a passion for creating comfortable, welcoming environments where guests feel valued and cared for. Their properties are characterized by high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service, prioritizing both their guests' satisfaction and the well-being of their employees. Employing advanced property management systems and modern technologies, HHM Hotels continues to enhance operational efficiency and guest engagement, solidifying its position in the competitive hotel industry.

The role of Guest Service Agent at HHM Hotels is crucial as it forms the frontline connection between the hotel and its guests. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are personable, attentive, and enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer service. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. This role involves multitasking in a dynamic environment while maintaining composure and ensuring that all guests receive a warm and personalized experience.

As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a key part in upholding the hotel and brand's standards, including sustainability practices that align with contemporary hospitality trends. You will use property management systems to efficiently manage room assignments, verify payments, and keep accurate records. Your ability to resolve guest complaints effectively and empathically will contribute significantly to maintaining positive guest relations and improving satisfaction scores. Additionally, you will have opportunities to grow professionally within the hotel through career paths leading to supervisory and managerial roles such as Front Desk Supervisor, Sales Coordinator, Front Office Manager, and Sales Manager.

HHM Hotels offers competitive wages for both full-time and part-time employees, along with a comprehensive benefits package that supports employees' health, wellness, and financial security. This includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401k company match, daily pay options, life insurance, and access to confidential work-life resources. The company fosters a supportive work environment that values its people, encouraging professional development, teamwork, and nimbleness in operations.

The Guest Service Agent position demands flexibility in working hours, including the ability to work weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts. The physical aspect of the job includes standing for extended periods, walking, and occasionally handling luggage, which requires lifting up to 25 pounds and performing various physical movements to assist guests and ensure smooth hotel operations.

Joining HHM Hotels means becoming part of a culture that believes in empowering its employees through their motto: People Are Our Capability – Hearts That Serve – Only Excellence – Stay Nimble - Own It. If you are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and looking for a career in the hospitality industry with growth potential, the Guest Service Agent role at HHM Hotels offers a rewarding and supportive environment to thrive.
