Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • basic math skills for cash handling
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public
  • demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines in day-to-day activities
  • ability to speak and receive written and verbal directions in English
  • willingness and ability to work independently as scheduled

Job Duties

  • Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner
  • perform front desk related functions including checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, handling cash transactions, monitoring guest satisfaction, and resolving problems
  • assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including food preparation, setup, guest service as host or bartender, and cleanup
  • present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote Drury culture
  • ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous and friendly guest service with a plus one service attitude
