Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- basic math skills for cash handling
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public
- demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines in day-to-day activities
- ability to speak and receive written and verbal directions in English
- willingness and ability to work independently as scheduled
Job Duties
- Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner
- perform front desk related functions including checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, handling cash transactions, monitoring guest satisfaction, and resolving problems
- assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including food preparation, setup, guest service as host or bartender, and cleanup
- present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote Drury culture
- ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous and friendly guest service with a plus one service attitude
