This hourly-paid position offers a competitive rate of $26.22 and is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic, customer-facing environments and enjoy making a positive impact on guests’ vacation experiences. The Guest Services Agent acts as the face of the company, welcoming guests warmly and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay. Responsibilities include checking owners and guests into their villas, providing detailed information on property amenities, services, and local attractions, as well as addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.

This role demands a proactive approach to guest interactions, where the agent not only responds to requests but also anticipates needs to help create memorable moments. Guest Services Agents collaborate closely with other departments to resolve issues and ensure a seamless guest experience. They maintain communication through phone calls and direct guest contact, contributing positively to the overall hospitality atmosphere. Additional duties may include assisting with bellman and runner tasks depending on the property requirements.
