Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year experience in customer service or hospitality
- proven ability to manage cash and financial transactions
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- basic computer proficiency
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent problem-solving skills
- confidentiality and discretion in handling guest information
Job Qualifications

- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- knowledge of local area and attractions is a plus

Job Duties
- greet guests and check them in and out with friendliness speed and accuracy
- maintain all paperwork required by the shift
- handle cash accurately and balance shift report
- operate switchboard and transfer calls
- maintain confidentiality of business information
- know room rates locations and furnishings
- promote franchise membership club
- help secure lodging by referrals when hotel is full
- provide information on local attractions and events
- take and record reservations accurately and confirm as requested
- handle guest complaints tactfully
- know emergency procedures and respond appropriately
- complete incident and accident reports
- keep lobby and office area clean
- manage continental breakfast setup
- complete all shift related forms and reports
- perform other assigned duties
