Their hotels blend modern amenities with thoughtful service tailored to every guest's unique needs, making them a preferred destination for travelers seeking quality accommodations combined with exceptional guest care.

The Front Desk Agent role at HHM Hotels is a vital position within the hospitality team. This role centers on greeting, registering, and servicing guests in a friendly, courteous manner that reflects the high standards of the hotel brand and its sustainable practices. Working as a Front Desk Agent, employees act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing assistance with reservations, room assignments, and inquiries. This position requires a customer-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.

This is an hourly position paying $18.50 per hour, with employment opportunities available for both full-time and part-time candidates. The role presents clear pathways for career advancement, including potential promotions to Front Desk Supervisor, Sales Coordinator, Front Office Manager, or Sales Manager roles, depending on the candidate’s growth and performance. Key responsibilities include immediate guest greeting, registration, managing payments, confirming reservations, handling guest requests and complaints, securing valuables, bookkeeping activities, and assisting with breakfast or luggage during busy times.

In addition to operational duties, the Front Desk Agent is expected to contribute positively to guest satisfaction scores and safety compliance, following OSHA standards and using personal protective equipment where required. The work environment may vary, often requiring standing for extended periods, walking, and occasional lifting or bending. This role demands adaptability to shift schedules, including holidays and weekends, to maintain continuous guest service. HHM Hotels values the contributions of its team members and supports their development with comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401k matching, and more.

Candidates for this position typically have a high school diploma or equivalent and bring previous customer service experience or equivalent training to the table. Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred but not mandatory. The company emphasizes a nurturing work culture, summarized by its core beliefs: People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, and Own It.
