The company prides itself on fostering a positive work environment where employees are valued and given opportunities to grow professionally within the hospitality industry. This commitment to both guests and staff positions HHM Hotels as a preferred employer and a trusted name in hotel management.

The Front Desk Agent position at HHM Hotels is an integral role that serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring that each guest’s stay is welcoming, seamless, and enjoyable. This role requires the ability to greet and register guests in a friendly and courteous manner while adhering to the hotel's brand and sustainability standards. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for managing reservations, verifying payments, and providing timely responses to guest requests. This position emphasizes guest satisfaction and requires an individual who is attentive, proactive, and skilled at problem-solving to resolve guest complaints effectively.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour and may include opportunities for advancement within the company, such as moving up to Front Desk Supervisor, Sales Coordinator, Front Office Manager, or Sales Manager. This role also involves supporting other hotel operations during peak periods, including assisting with breakfast service or guest luggage, and ensuring the overall guest experience is enhanced through professional and courteous service. HHM Hotels values safety and compliance with occupational health standards, encouraging the use of protective safety equipment and adherence to OSHA and MSDS standards.

Employees enjoy a supportive work culture that appreciates their efforts, provides ongoing training opportunities, and offers comprehensive benefits. The role requires physical stamina, including standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and the ability to stoop or kneel when necessary. The work schedule may vary and could include working holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts, making flexibility an essential attribute for success. Ultimately, HHM Hotels' Front Desk Agents uphold the company’s core values: People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, and Own It, ensuring a rewarding career and a positive impact on guest experiences.
