We are currently seeking a driven Guest Service Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. This role primarily requires working weekend and holiday shifts, with an emphasis on mornings. As the first point of contact for guests, the Guest Service Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in and check-out process. - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

- Greet guests and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of information and timely processing
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
